Article Marketing – How To Get More People To Read Your Articles
One of the hardest parts of article marketing is getting your articles in front of enough people. If you don’t get the essentials right, you might slave writing a good article, only to find that hardly anyone bothers to read it.
I’ve written articles that have had over a thousand views and some that have struggled to find forty readers. Some article marketers receive thousands of views to their articles because they write articles in popular niche.
You can learn a lot from studying what other people have done.
If you’re curious to see which articles get the most views, it’s easy to find out on Ezine Articles

This article was published towards the end of September and has had nearly 6000 views already. It’s a topic that is often searched for and the title and description draw people’s attention.
There are tried and tested strategies to getting more people to view your articles.
Keyword density and keyword positioning are very important, yet I know people who write articles without any thought to keywords. Don’t make that mistake when you write your articles. Make sure that people are actually searching using the words you plan to use.
Once you know the right keywords to base your article on, aim to put your main keyword as close to the start of the title as you can. Try to weave your keywords into the title twice. Long titles work well. And, if you can, include a benefit in your title. People like to know what’s in it for them.
- Include your main keyword phrases in your description
- Start the article with your keywords
- Weave your keywords throughout the article, aiming for around 5% keyword density
- Try to end the article with your keywords too.
Making your article keyword rich gives you a better chance of having your article rank well in the search engines. When your articles rank highly, you’ll get more free traffic to your articles.
Another way of getting more article views is to link to relevant articles from your resource box. You can also leave comments on forums and blogs and link back to your article. But please don’t spam, make sure your comment and link answers a point and adds value.
So, now you know how to get more traffic to your articles. I highly recommend that you spend some time studying the titles and descriptions of articles that have lot of views and discover how you can improve your article titles and article descriptions so that your articles get the traffic they deserve.
